SEBA is the proprietary recognition platform of Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia (YUM) / Entrepreneurship Foundation Malaysia, and all rights, interests, intellectual property, trademarks, award titles, logos, certificates, trophies, nomination frameworks, judging processes, publicity materials, and related assets shall remain vested in YUM and/or its authorised assigns.
The mandate for the execution, management, administration, marketing, commercial arrangements, nominations, sponsorships, events, award presentation, and related operational activities of SEBA has been granted to Xhale Asia (M) Sdn Bhd, acting as the authorised execution and management entity.
All nominees, participants, sponsors, partners, vendors, and related parties shall comply with the applicable laws, regulations, contractual principles, intellectual property laws, data protection requirements, and commercial laws of Malaysia, and where applicable, the relevant laws and regulatory requirements of other ASEAN jurisdictions in which SEBA-related activities, nominations, partnerships, publicity, or business engagements are conducted.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, publication, representation, modification, commercial exploitation, or misrepresentation of the SEBA name, logo, award title, acceptance letter, certificate, trophy, endorsement, or related materials is strictly prohibited.
YUM, SEBA, Xhale Asia (M) Sdn Bhd, the Board of Advisors, and the Organisers reserve the right to reject, suspend, revoke, rescind, withdraw, or take legal action against any party for breach, misuse, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, unethical practice, or non-compliance with SEBA’s rules, guidelines, brand standards, and applicable laws.
All decisions of the Board of Advisors and the Organizers shall be final, conclusive, and binding, subject always to applicable laws of Malaysia and, where relevant, the laws of the applicable ASEAN jurisdiction.
