Award categories are based on best merit, depending on accomplishments and track records. These are selected by the Jury upon a complete audit and review process, involving both qualitative and quantitative benchmarks.

8-PHASE JUDGING PROCESS

The SEBA nominee will undergo a strict 8-phase qualifying and verification framework comprising:

Requirement:

  • A 500- word minimum write- up regarding the nominee’s company product/services growth since its establishment until now, in terms of : sales, customer, expansion, and franchising (if applicable)

  • This award recognises and honours individuals who have for that has successfully empowered their employees and community, and demonstrated outstanding leadership of their company to steer it towards its mission and vision.

 

Requirement:

  • A 500- word minimum write -up regarding their company product/services growth since its establishment until now, in terms of  :sales, customer, expansion, franchising (if applicable)

(Relevant records of media exposure to show achievement of marketing will be an added advantage)

  • This award aims to recognise SMEs and enterprises that are producing/providing innovative products/services in their industries or have developed a unique strategy in marketing/integration of technology to further their business in a way that has contributed to the success of the companies, employees, stakeholders or customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Must submit audited financial statements for the last 2 years.
  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding their innovative venture of marketing/technology.

(Have to include facts/figures of how the innovation has boost the company’s growth)

  • This recognises and honours an individual for outstanding community services through their past or ongoing projects and programmes. These projects should demonstrate the company’s leadership, sincerity and on-going commitment in incorporating ethical values, compliance with legal requirements, and respect for individuals, communities and the environment in the way they do business.

 

Requirement:

  • Do include in your write-up on the projects and programmes conducted and how it has benefited the community and all parties.
  • This award recognises and honours individuals for implementing outstanding, innovative products/services projects and programmes implemented in the past or present through their well- thought plans.

 

Requirement:

  • A 500- word minimum complete write up regarding the nominee’s company product/services growth since its establishment until now, in terms of :sales, customer, expansion, and franchising (if applicable).

  • This award recognises and honours an individual for their outstanding and innovative products/services, or projects and programmes implemented, in the past or present through their well-thought plans.

  • A 500- word minimum write-up regarding the nominee’s company product/services growth since its establishment until now in terms of sales, customer, expansion, and franchising (if applicable).

  • This award recognises and honours educational entrepreneurs who have carried out outstanding services and programmes that have served the education industry.

 

Requirement:

  • A 500- word minimum write- up regarding the nominee’s company product/services growth since its establishment until now, in terms of :sales, customer, expansion, and franchising (if applicable).

  • The entrepreneur must meet the primary entrepreneurial criteria (leadership, culture implementations, fast growth in industry, etc.) and they must be under the age of 40 at the time of the nomination deadline.

 

Requirement:

  • Entrepreneur Biography that includes the nominee’s CV , journey as an entrepreneur, as well as mission/vision statements for their company or organisation. Include the information that tells the story of the entrepreneur. 500-1000 words only.
  • This award aims to recognise SMEs and Enterprises that have a strong portfolio in corporate social responsibilities (CSR) by incorporating their profit (or other resource) to serve the needs of the community.

 

Requirements:

  • Must submit audited financial statements for the last 2 years.
  • A 500- word minimum write- up regarding their CSR work (do include facts/figures of how the resources were obtained and used for the CSR work).
  • Newspaper clippings are an extra advantage.
  • This award aims to recognise start-up’s that have shown promising and fast growth in under 3 years of establishment. The winning start-up is able to compete with established SMEs within the industry due to strong brand campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and successful projects in a short frame of time.

 

Requirements:

  • The start-up nominated must not Not be part of a multinational* group;
  • Must submit audited financial statements for the last 2 years
  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding the company’s product/services growth since since establishment until now, in terms of : sales, customer, expansion, and franchising (if applicable)

(Relevant records of media exposure to show marketing achievement will be an advantage)

*Enterprises that are 5 years old or more

  • This award recognises the crème de la crème of SMEs and Enterprises that excel in every aspect (management, products/services, brand placement, operations, adoption of technologies and financial achievements) of their corporate performances.

 

Requirements:

  • Must submit audited financial statements for the last latest 2 years.
  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding your company’s work culture and how it has impacted your company’s success (relevant records of media exposure and client testimonial will be an advantage)
  • An updated company profile that highlights the company’s achievements.
  • This awards recognises SMEs and Enterprises on the strategic planning of  product or services planning, that leads to a reinvention of their businesses as well as the expansion and widened influence in their industries.

 

Requirements:

  • The company nominated must not not be part of a multinational* group; 
  • Must submit audited financial statements for the past 2 years.
  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding the company’s branding strategy and how it has impacted business success (relevant records of media exposure to show achievement of marketing will be an advantage)
  • 10 awards to recognise the top SMEs that have exhibited admirable sales, branding, office culture, and innovative products/ideas, contributing high success to their companies, employees and customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Must submit audited financial statements for the last latest 2 years
  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding the their company and its successes
  • A 500- word write-up on why the company should be considered for the Premier Top 10 award
  • Other supporting documents are welcome (newspaper clippings, testimonials from clients, previously- won awards/recognition, industrial certificate etc.)
  • If your work culture is unique and is aimed at extracting the best out of your employees to benefit the company in the long run, do nominate your organisation here.

  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding your company’s work culture and how it has impacted your company’s success (relevant records of media exposure and client testimonial will be an advantage)
  • 10 employee testimonials from different management level (please include the position and the number of years serving in the company)
  • This award aims to recognise start-up’s that have shown promising and fast growth in under 3 years of establishment. The winning start-up is able to compete with established SMEs within the industry due to strong brand campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and successful projects in a short frame of time.

 

Requirements:

  • The start-up nominated must not Not be part of a multinational* group;
  • Must submit audited financial statements for the last 2 years
  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding the company’s product/services growth since since establishment until now, in terms of : sales, customer, expansion, and franchising (if applicable)

(Relevant records of media exposure to show marketing achievement will be an advantage)

*Enterprises that are 5 years old or more

  • This award recognises SME’s and Enterprises on the excellent execution of the one-stop services they provide.

 

Requirements:

  • Must submit audited financial statements for the last latest  2 years
  • A 500- word minimum write up regarding the company’s services and how it has impacted business success

(Relevant records of media exposure and client testimonial will be an advantage)
