PENANG, 9 FEBRUARY 2023 — The Northern Edition of SEBA 2023; the SME and Entrepreneurs Business Awards; is set to take place mid March 2023 at Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Penang. This highly anticipated recognition evening will bring together small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders, and Industry captains from the Northern region to celebrate their achievements, network and to recognise their contribution to the business ecosystem.

By highlighting the success stories of SMEs and Entrepreneurs in the Northern region, SEBA 2023 will inspire others to follow in their footsteps. SEBA 2023 | Northern Edition is one of the major highlights in the business calendar in Penang. It will be graced by Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Abdul Razak, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang, who is passionate about business growth and sustainability.

Alongside this vision, Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia (YUM) is thrilled to announce the launch of the first-ever Asia Entrepreneurs Summit (AES) 2023. The summit is set to take place in Kuala Lumpur this October 2023. Its primary objective is to elevate Malaysia’s standing on a multi-national level and further support Prime Minister YAB Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s vision in positioning Malaysia as an Entrepreneurial hub with focus towards SMEs and Entrepreneurs.
